I'm not so sad anymore, but rather ANGRY, I really hate those cursed memories coming back to me every time, I want to PUNCH them..............HARD!!

I know it will go over eventually, but still.

Ever tried some kind of trauma treatment with a psychologist?

bdhkhsfgk... are you still taking those meds? It was you who posted something about anti-psychotics, right? It might be worth mentioning that you are feeling this way to your doc. I was given anti-psychotics a few years ago and started getting angry then angrier, then angrier... then I was punching holes in my wall, throwing anything that would shatter, stabbing things with kitchen knives and beating the hell out of myself. It was bad. I am not trying to dismiss what you have going on as side effects... clearly you are upset by memories and those memories do need to be addressed... but if your meds are messing you up, there is no way you can do that with a clear head.

Do it, you'll feel better afterwards.
... And brush your teeth afterwards too!

(I'm not mocking, I'm serious)

Have a drink of water.

brushing your teeth after vomiting is a good idea because if u vomit too often it can cause damage to your teeth.

maybe get a punching bag, decorate it with pictures of the horrible memories in your head, then beat the bag up.

I didn't know about the meds. If that is the case I know how you feel. Something needs to be changed or adjusted IMO. It's not good walking around barely suppressing the urge to b***h slap everybody.

I'll have to take a walk again, and then I will probably chat with my friends about this, if they can brighten my life, which I don't doubt.

No, I don't think I'm traumatized, it's just something a certain *sshole did to me that I'm angry about.
