My mom is in surgery right now for possible breast cancer. They are removing a mass in her breast.

I really want her surgery to go ok. it could be a small surgery or a huge one. it all depends on how far the mass or possible cancer has spread.

I am so close to my mom . she is by far the most important person to me in my family. she is a great mom!

So please please pray for her! you don't need to be christian to pray for her. as long as you believe in god /goddess angels or any higher power.

And i even welcome any atheists who want to post that they hope for the best.

I really really appreciate your help! i truly believe that you all can make a huge difference in her recovery. just by praying and hoping for the best.

thank you WP members! i really really pareceate these prayers and hopeful thoughts!!

God bless all of you ! and thank you

I don't have much time to post cause i need to help take care of my mom, so ill make this a quick post.

the surgery was more invasive then they had expected.

It is stage 1 cancer . and they are going to treat it with radiation and hormone therapy.

It may or may not be in 1 of the lymph nodes they couldn't tell for sure..

Please keep praying and hoping for her recovery.

Thank you so much, all of you!! !

Thank you KaliMa . I know you have prayed for me and my mom before when she was in the hospital for her copd . I appreciated it so much and i am so glad that you are praying again.

Your prayers worked last time. because she was 1 step down from the ICU unit and she came out of the hospital ok. so you played a part in saving her life. thank you for that!

And thank you for helping her now! I'm very great full!

My grandmother got lymphatic cancer in her 70's and recovered. She got radiation, I don't think she needed chemo. I'm hoping your mom won't turn out to have lymph cancer but if she does, I know it's very treatable. My grandmother died at 93 from unrelated problems - the cancer never recurred.

A co worker's niece had early signs of cervical cancer. She was 23 when she was diagnosed. Well people were praying for her and the next time she went in for a check up, the doctor was amazed. The cancer was gone!

I'm not quite an atheist, more like "maybe god exists?", but I'll still pray from your mother. At least it is stage 1 cancer, isn't that the least severe breast cancer you can have?

Ebec, your agnostic or if you want to be specific Agnostic Athiest. Don't believe in any God but believe one could exist.

Just me although your Mother is out of hospital I shall be praying for her anyway, I hope she remains safe, for your sake and hers.
