And writing papers

I have a final at 8am tomorrow and I'm just now starting to study for it. I have a horrendous hangover and my brain is currently working at about 60%. I keep telling myself the test won't be that hard but I'm not totally sure that's the case.

Yeah, I've got 3 tests this week (2 for classes w/o a final ) & one (math ) b4 my math & lib final next week (lib science class). Feel like I cannot study properly b/c if I don't study at all I won't learn anything, but I tend to study too much & forget stuff (so trying to break it down to a little every day). Hopefully I can get to my one prof 2morrow b/c need help making sure I'm studying math right 4 test. Just a bit stressed b/c even though I'll pass I need to maintain a 3.0 gpa for my major . (Don't get why gpa seems to be more important than being able to handle actual work situations w/ education majors in the US)?

ya...my biggest worry was real estate, but since that is over...my biggest worry is Litigation.

There's some wild freezing rain going on right now and I'm hoping the whole town gets covered in a 3 inch thick layer of ice and shuts down and my final tomorrow gets cancelled. Apparently that happens around here from time to time...

I passed Litigation with a C+.Although I was aiming for a B or higher, at least I passed to go on to the next semester for another shot.It has lifted a huge cloud of worry.THat exam was REALLY HARD.The instructor is a lawyer and he loves to make the wording very ambiguous, like most lawyers do.

I may have to repeat a class next quarter due to having "flawed logic". I'm in a Law and Ethics class. I do all my homework but I get creamed on the case studies. You have to get the questions right or you dont get points in the class I'm in and no matter how hard I try on the case studies to think logically and ethically (even after reading the chaps), I'm always still "off the mark". Who knows if the AS is causing this. If I write the right notes I could still kick ass on the final (it's open note and she gave us a list of stuff to look up) but I'm not sure it will be enough to keep my grade a C+ or higher so I can move on to other classes.

I also just finsihed a research project for this class but I couldn't find squat sources for my project so it's gonna be halfass.

I remember my paralegal training. A few of my classes were taught by a woman who was a lawyer. Every time a new module began she would give this warning about how calling yourself a lawyer when you are not one is a legal offence and can land you in jail or with a massive fine.

This woman's husband taught some other modules and he tended to go off on tangents sometimes, as in talk about unrelated subjects for a long time, sometimes he would give us the answers to the worksheets. One time he forget his classroom key and we went to the pub across the road and had class there.

I only have criminal law and word processing left...Those two are easy and I am not worried at how I will do.

I dont think I'm gonna do with finals this week.

I've been having some severe mental and emotional breakdowns all of last week which hindered my ability to do anything...

...and now it looks like it's all gonna continue into this week too.
