I'm a bit annoyed. They offered me CBT, then over half a year later, offered me computerised CBT. Then made me wait a few weeks for a telephone interview, approved me for CBT, and then pointed me to a website.

The website has been there all these months, free to use by anyone!
What a scam, those people earning salaries by "assessing" and then pointing to a free website that they did not even set up!
