Any of you have an eye blinking tic when you get nervous? If you do and successfully got rid of it, how did you do it? I've had this problem for a few years and have been struggling to get rid of it.

It's very difficult to get rid of a tic. I've got about 100 different tics (Tourette syndrome) but I remember when I was younger and struggled with just the eye blinking. Can you control it at all? I have slight control over my tics so I can control them and release them later when no one is looking. It's not that easy though I know. Also, are you worried about other people's reaction to your eye tic or is it just uncomfortable/annoying for you? If it's other people, then don't worry about it as this could make it worse. Hope I helped :)

I used to have that tic. I've had different kinds of tics since I was a kid. They come and go. Tics are common in AS and even ADHD.
