Gah! What is wrong with me?????
What was I doing for all those HOURS?
I have been sitting here....an enormous backlog of orders due to the stupid long weekend..and I was only able to print one shipping label and a couple of bloody stinking store orders....I am so tired!! ! curses and curses and curses!! !

There is this huge festival coming up this weekend!!
I have so many things that I need to do to prepare and I did everything I could to to try to remain functional and here I am with tubs and tubs of work to do!! !

It is 8:48 p.m. and it is inevitable that I will have to take another Adderall....

I am so mad at myself!! ! :x
:x :x

This may be out of your control. Ride the wave. Things will change soon.

That would be 99.9% of the population. ;) The other 0.01% just look like they're doing something.

I would be part of that 0.01% :D well maybe 98% of the time I am lol, there is a rare occasion where I'll actually do work...I noticed I started the habit of not doing work when I decided that I was going back to school, my problem is lack of motivation to do the job. The bad part is that I have to stay at my job for the next 11-12 months to save for tuition :(

We all have days like this...don't beat yourself up. There are times when I can't focus on anything at all, so I tell myself to just get up the next morning and start then.

I agree with Danielismyname, btw.

Get some rest, start over tomorrow.

I have my share of days like that, when nothing gets done. Don't be so hard on yourself.

I have been very upset with my inability to function. I have been mostly to myself in the house for 2 days. I don't mind being alone..but I have simply NOT been able to focus....I just pace around in circles...I have this dark messy little office, and a pile of orders that NEED to be processed and a pile of clutter everywhere that I don't really have very much control over...and everyone is off working on the new store...I keep taking breaks and wandering off and doing things....(Mostly ukulele related)..or stuff BESIDES the Evil office work that needs doing...but that just throws me further and further off task...

My office is dark and cluttered...there are pile of things that need to be filed or shredded or recycled...or restocked...but I am so paralyzed by the office work that I can't do anything....I can't do any creative projects other than my inevitable ukulele ramblings which I could do contantly if I did not have this big boulder of tedious office work on my shoulders.

I could continue to ramble...but I could also try to squeak out the Super Happy Fun Land calendar
I have not made a single calendar at all this year
I have not done any screen printing in months...
I am very very frustrated and the fan in the office computer is burrowing a hole into my brain....because I am in the office...

I have much of the same issues. I think part of the problem is being visually overwhelmed by the clutter.Your mind automatically takes in the 1,001 other projects that need to be worked on and it is difficult to stay focused on the task at hand. If there was some way you could separate yourself from distractions to do one task at a time it may help. Is there work you can take to a clear space like a library? Maybe impose some kind of time limits like work on x for 15 minutes and then work on y for 15, just to give it some kind of structure. I've been taking 1,000 mcg of b12 and I see a significant difference in my mental stamina. Anyway, I know how you feel. I have a mountain of clutter to get through and just looking at it makes me stuperous.

I take a ton of b12 and a bunch of other supplements,,,I am pretty much incapable of doing one thing at a time...or prioritizing one activity over the other..and I am on adderall....
