Feeling a little down

Year's 19 and 20 have been rough for me and I feel pretty damn awful because tonight I feel I have indulged in tremendous mental injustice.

I have pure o which might contribute to that but really - I shouldn't be feeling what I felt.

I guess I just relax and think 'That feeling is in the past now.'

That's probably the best thing you can do.

Pure O--from what I've read and heard from other people, that's OCD without the compulsions to even temporarily relieve the obsessive thoughts, correct?

Sounds like utter hell--sorry you're going through this.

I didn't do well tonight. I have done the wrong things.
Tomorrow will be better because I get a bit of therapy.
I will try better to not indulge in stuff. Rarely do I ever, but tonight I was out of character.
