With all the talk of jail/arrested/even dad mentioning to backeract me I dreamed I was cuffed by the police!! !! ! Yes I know home is bad now etc. I need to move out yes but I'm confused. I don't want to be my Nanny! (who doesn't come around) I still want to be a part of my sister's lives and especially the nephew he's only 3!! !! and I still LOVE my family despite our issues (me/dad have seen all the Potter films in theaters) Yes I'd go with a boyfriend instead or friends but I don't have any. I want to get away but I don't want to abandon my family. :-( but would it be odd popping up for Halloween or Birthdays or Christmas morning? I don't know. Thanks for all your help lately I really appreciate it. :-)

You're 24. It's time to get a place of your own. Most all of us started out with a tiny apartment. Just because you're on your own doesn't mean you leave family behind. They visit, or you drop by.

Thanks. Dropping by for Birthdays and holidays seems cool.

Hello zeldapsychology. :)

I haven't experienced everything you are going through but the feeling of depression is something I understand.

Finding a way to feel comfortable with the simple things in life can be nice - truly enjoying just making yourself a refreshing drink, or anything, to take your mind off depression when it happens.

For many aspies, this kind of confusion in life is not healthy and is overloading, so we owe it to ourselves to find ways to cope. ^^ :)

I hope you feel very well soon, or even today, zeldapsychology. *Hug* ^^
A fine day to you. :)
You are capable.

It doesn't have to be an all or nothing proposition. You don't have to relegate your visits to special occasions. Just because you move out and have your own life doesn't mean you can't call your dad and make arrangements to see the next HP movie together. It doesn't mean you can't call up your sisters and invite them over for pizza and a movie once a week or so, or call your mom when you want to go shopping. It might even help the stress level between all of you if you had a bit of space from each other.

Things will get better, when you're on your own. :)
