Seriously. It takes very little to make me feel broken and dying, and when I am made to feel wounded like that, I fly into rages, and I just want to DESTROY that person, not just hurt them a little, but beat them into the ground, rip their heart out while still beating, and take a dump on them.

It doesn't help that I'm on painkillers atm, which tend to make me aggressive.

So far, I'm good at self control, but I don't like being that far gone.

?

Been close to that. For me, either getting into a heavy special interest session or a long walk helped a lot.

One day I got up, went out, walked - at speed, I could in those days - due north with a couple short pauses sitting under a tree till about 3 going on 4. Turned around and walked back. The last few miles were hard even with chocolate bars, and my feet hurt, but it helped the mood.

yeah, I get into the moods quite often, and just like with philologos, the best thing for me to do was take a really long walk.

Working on that myself. Sometimes leaving the situation helps, but the problem even with doing that is, I keep thinking about it. Things I read online put me into a rage, so getting of the puter is all I can do. I'm honestly thinking of buying one of those big punching bags.

I felt that way, in my early to mid teens. I've calmed down, quite a bit since than.

I find that I need to just let it out once I'm in a safe place. If I hold it in, and try to control it, it just builds and builds into a meltdown from hell. I'm thinking of buying some cheap dollar store trinkets just to destroy for that purpose - I have a punching bag, but there's something more satisfying in smashing something.
