Well I finally got medical care. I have a severe stomach infection and am on Flagyl and
another antibiotic.

Emotional problem magically vanished after my pain went away.

I'd call that reverse somatization symptom(s).

I hope that your stomach continues to feel better.

I have an appointment with a GI doctor. I'm ok but there's blood in my stools and I'm finally out of pain.

Yikes, blood is worrying.
