I think there might be storms on Tuesday or Thursday, or both, and it is causing me anxiety.
I don't know if this is due to the storms, but I remember my ex and things and I've talked to her tonight and felt saddened and angry, and I really loathe storms so much.
I don't know if the possibility of storms has caused strong visual memory, but I don't like it.

I HATE storms... I wish there were none.

I'm afraid of Storms too, but mostly thunder because I'm more afraid of unexpected loud noises...

If that's the case with you too, your best bet is to listen to some music either my CD Player or MP3 or any other way. That's how I usually deal with my fear of storms...

Back in 2001 when everyone was talking about biological attacks I was afraid, so I studied small pox and wanted to know all I could about it. It's not pretty, but understanding it and the history of it really made my fears go away. Maybe you could study lightning and thunder, really learn about them and about how storms arise, where they come from, their paths and how they work themselves out. You could also study mythology and lore about thunder and lightning. Though there is little you can do about your sensory response to sudden sounds, you can face your fear and be bigger than it is.
