I feel bad today. I'm not sure why I'm still alive. I have so many problems and nothing to make me happy. I want to kill myself but something is stopping me. I'm not exactly sure what it is, It's like a feeling of waiting for something, or that I have unfinished business. I have no idea what my unfinished business is, though, or if I have any at all. I don't like this feeling, it's forcing me to keep on suffering. :( I have nothing to live for, I just want everything to end. :( :(

I sympathize. I'm led to understand that it can get better, though.

What are your problems? I've found talking about problems to be helpful whether just to vent, find a solution or both. As well, sometimes you need to do things to make yourself happy whether it's a piece of chocolate, some exercise, a good book, or a funny clip on youtube. With your unfinished business, I guess it's life telling you to hold on. For now, live for the hope that the next day will be better in some way than the last. These feelings will pass whether it's by themselves or with some help from yourself, others and perhaps things like medication or a change of scene. Even if you think you have nothing to live for, you have things to live for that you haven't realized that you're living for. Hang in there.

I understand that feeling very well Felicity. I spent the greater portion of my life waiting to die. I am lucky that meds work for

me and I'm only sorry I went 35-40 years before I was properly diagnosed and treated. Maybe that feeling of waiting for something

is a small flame of hope. Please hold onto that.

I know the feeling, I think. I just wish there was some way we could find out what it is we're waiting for :( A lot of the times I just wish I could fade away.
