There was an incident involving my dog Josie today. She was in the backyard, and our neighbor's dogs tunneled under the fence and started chasing her, and one of them bit her on her hind leg, and if I hadn't picked her up and brought her inside immediately, they could have hurt her much worse.

We took Josie to the vet, and they are going to stitch her up, and she should be ok.

Good that you were so quick. I hope Josie feels better soon.

I hope Josie recovers quickly and that your neighbours settle the vet bill soon.

Thank goodness there wasn't a young child visiting you. 8O

She is back from the vet, she's just really tired right now.

The neighbors might give away the dog that bit Josie.

I am so sorry that happened. I would have freaked right out if something like that happened to one of my critters. I am glad to hear that she will be alright though.

It sounds like you have decent neighbors. I hope they contribute to the vet bill and repair their fence before they rehome their dog. I'm glad Josie is okay!!

She is doing much better today, she has been resting a lot, and she is on antibiotics so that the wounds won't get infected.

I'm sorry Tim- at least it wasn't as bad as it might have been, thanks to your quick action.

My thoughts are with you and Miss Josie.
