I got lost and it made me extremely anxious and depressed, so instead of doing what i had to do i just went to the station and then came home. It just reminded me of how different i am. All around me as i was walking back were people younger than me who were at ease and confident.

A bad night. I can cope better if i'm with someone else but then of course i never am.

((hugs))

Maybe get some rest now, or watch something funny. That always helps me.

There have been times when I sort of got disoriented going to work or home. Sometimes it's very distressing. I hope tomorrow's better for you.

Hmmm, sounds exactly like me.

I have those thoughts all the time, that's why I prefer staying at home. It's boring and monotonous but at least I don't feel so freakish compared to everyone else.

I guess i must have come to the same conclusion for the majority of my twenties as in my room is where i've stayed. I thought i could cure my social anxiety by forcing myself to do stuff. This was 5 years ago and i still get an epic sense of dread whenever i have/want to go out at night.

I lost my virginity a few weeks ago so thats something i guess. Any happiness i feel is always fleeting and transistory.

I can relate to everything, but just to sum up something, after I lost my virginity and started having sex regularly (paying if needed) my mood changed dramatically for better.

Here's a hug. :O)

I can feel a lot younger than I am, as well. Usually in times that I don't have any control of my surroundings. Of course, walking through a park, next to a school in the dark, isn't a wise thing for me to do.

wow I can relate to that completely. That is exactly how I feel.

People that are 4 or 5 or 6 years older than me seem to be older than me it seem.

It was in Nottingham city centre. I had planned on seeing a band i like. My train to Nottingham got replaced by a bus so that meant i was an hour late. I also got into a taxi which took me to the wrong place rendering me totally lost. Both those things didnt really help me and were unfortunate.
