Yeah, sometimes our problems seem so much bigger than we are. It's no good to feel that way. I have felt that way about my OCD. When those stupid thoughts happen I think - wtf? But I'm going to overcome that. It's in my mind. And I refuse to allow it to terrorize my me anymore. I don't want to be at the mercy of it. Meditation helps - it's been slow, but effective.

Not necessarily weeded out of the gene pool. I have three kids.

But I can't deal with the crap life throws at us either. I also can't let go of someone who threw me away either.
