Tonight, I'm going to be happy

I've decided that tonight I will do something that genuinely works - meditation.
When I achieve happiness through meditation, I must not stop there - I can't get complacent.
I can't desire too much... I must be a little bit pragmatic in my thought from time to time, and I must be optimistic.

Tonight, I indulge in many minutes of meditation.

My ex girlfriend is no source of happiness for me.

Tonight, I will be happy.

Good! I indulged many hours of meditation on my pedals, cycling away the pain. It doesn't necessarily go away, but it gets manageable, and I get to also feel happiness. I'm so glad...I've been worried about you. :D

I've haven't been on my bike in weeks - that spell's gonna end Saturday. I just did a 5K around the City tonight.

And thanks Samtoo. Also, may I suggest yoga as well? It doesn't have to be bikram or hot yoga - ashtanga or restorative works nicely.
