Are all sociopaths morons?

It seems they all have that trait in common.

They are good at at talking, but when it comes to any type of thinking they are useless.

I don't think you know what a sociopath is.

They think in extreme(black/white) terms about everything. Many are smart about using and manipulating people, but stupid in other ways. That goes with how most prison inmates are con-artists.

They all seem to have no sense whatsoever.

That's because they're preoccupied with being "fake" all the time. They often do things that don't make any sense because they want to be against other people.

I never thought about that, but it does make sense.

Regardless, if someone is being senseless; they are senseless.





I wonder if it is because subconsciously they know they can't get along with other people and don't want the pain of being rejected.

They think they are better than everyone else, so they are usually against people in different ways like trying to be different from them. It often results in the sociopath doing things that don't make any sense.

I think it's nature's way of protecting humanity. If you put "sociopath" and "smart" together, you tend to get people like Hitler. If there were enough Hitlers, there wouldn't BE a human race, we'd have exterminated ourselves ages ago. Therefore, the part that manipulates people, the sociopath, is usually paired with a geeky loser who can't attract bees if he's wearing honey. Therefore, the geeky loser resorts to killing homeless women or something. That type of predator is easy to contain. Hitler, not so much.

No...that's what happens when you mix sociopath and charismatic/strong leadership qualities.
Again, wrong...geeks are probably less manipulative than anyone. The most manipulative creatures on earth are women starting around puberty, it starts with gossip about who has a crush on who and ends with calling other women sluts because they slept with her ex who she's not over and withholding sex from her current guy because he didn't buy her enough presents that week. Geeks are too busy playing Starcraft to worry about manipulating anyone, as long as mommy pays the electric and dsl bill and buys lots of mountain dew they don't have any desire to manipulate anyone else. Now all the more successful criminals are probably at the top of the male side of manipulation: pimps, gang leaders, serious drug dealers, etc.
