Today, just after I thought my mother would stop the alcohol abuse, I find out she hasn't. Apparently shes got the taxi service (friends who drive taxis) to drop a bottle of beer in the mail box in exchange for 5 dollars. She also apparently owes them 700 dollars in borrowed money for beer.

This will not stop O_o

Please try to understand your mother cannot stop it. If she is alcoholic, she will not be able to stop drinking until something replaces the effect of alcohol in her life.

Do you happen to know whether she even wants to stop?
