My anxiety is through the roof today and I don't have any special reason for it. I'm just on edge and can't calm down. I've been staying busy but every time I'm ready to do something else, my anxiety hikes back up. I don't know what's up. I'm stressed out by the day passing by (I've gotten plenty accomplished but still omg) and I'm sure something is going to go wrong soon. I don't know what but, you know, something will. I just wanted to be able to tell someone this. Can't really put this anywhere else without seeming crazy.

That's horrible. Maybe go to your GP and get some Valium?

Flamethrowers make everything better. Or a nice cigar. The second one is more legal.

sorry, wefunction. I know plenty about anxiety.

It used to get so bad I would just shut down and lie down, despite serotonin-acting meds and Klonopin.
