I'm not tired but I just feel disconnected with what's going on around me right now. I struggle to care about things as of late. This is probably an effect of my Great Aunt's death last week but there may be other contributing factors as well. Like when my friends start bitching about what's going on with our faire, I usually would be jumping right in with them but now I'm just like, "meh." I want to know when I can start feeling like I usually do again. When will things be like how they used to be? I miss my Great Aunt so much. Not being informed of the funeral until after it happened doesn't help I'm sure. I just want closure so I can get on with my life like how my Great Aunt would want me to. >.<

I could try that. Not while I'm at work though because I'll start crying. >.<

I wish I could send e-mails to people in Heaven. Come on, Heaven is supposed to have everything to make you happy so why not allow their inhabitants to keep in contact with those on Earth? D:

That's okay. I'm not overly religious but I like to think that I'll be rewarded in the afterlife if I'm a good person. It's a nice thought. >.<

Erisad, this will just take some time. You can't do much but pull through. Maybe things like writing letters to your loved one will help, maybe not, maybe not now. Keep on getting up in the morning, get through the day, go back to bed and take some time out for grieving (without people around). I guess that's what "coping" is all about, just pulling through. Things will get better again.

That's the thing, I don't get that much time to myself so I bottle things up until it runs over like it did last Thursday when I was with my friends. >.<

I don't hurt myself though. I'm a wuss like that I guess but I do drink quite a bit. My friends wouldn't let me go to the bar last Thursday because they were afraid of wait I would do and it was St. Patty's day, meaning the bars would be filled with the Frat boys and Woo girls. >.<

Yeah, I went to my friend's house for, "let's talk about happy stuff time!" She didn't have any alcohol on her though but she has a 4 year old in the house so that's why. It's okay, I had a little cup of ice cream, which helped a bit.

I had that on Thursday as well, as soon as my friend started playing the song "Canaan's Land/Parting Friends." It's so sad that I just bawled. Even though I had a good cry, I still think about her and it makes me sad. >.<

it's not a bad thing it still makes you sad (if you know what i mean).
it takes time to heal.

try the letter writing thing when you have time.
i still do it now over things when i get upset - even little ones.
