My life within my family has gone haywire now and I can't seem to sort it out that well. Listening and taking orders seemed to be unusually hard and having lost interest in any TV show out there except Fringe. At times, I thought if parallel universes were true, and the other world fits me better I would move there permanently. The only movie I find worth watching is Inception. But I'm sick of anything other than that.

I also seem to be unusually afraid of going into public more than ever before. I sweat a lot and I can't stop shaking. Most of the time, I wish that I didn't have to go outside. And I don't know if I want to go and work at a graphics design agency or anything, been having a lot of thoughts about going freelance for the sake of preventing death from a panic attack. It was never like this before and I have no clue of how my boat suddenly "flipped over".. :(

I hope that things start to improve for you, soon.

Kvornan,

Sounds like you are going through a bad time at the moment. It is worse if you can't figure out how it started, because it seems more difficult to work through and solve these problems.

It seems these anxieties, however they may have started, are taking over your life, which is a sure sign that you need professional help. You don't say whether or nor you have been to your doctor about your panic attacks, but if not, please go - it would be a positive step.

You also need to look after yourself. Make sure you get enough sleep and try to get some fresh air during moments when your anxiety levels are not too high.

Please let us know how you are getting on - we would really like to help.

I haven't been to my psychiatrist for nearly a year already and never a visit to a therapist. I can't seem to be happy enough to properly go to sleep for the past month for some reason... :(

Tried to drink milk before bedtime didn't really help. They say that large consumption of calcium can help you feel tired but it isn't helping.

exercise might help. i do a lot of jogging to calm myself down also stimming helps. a doctor may say that stimming is a bad sign of autism but it isnt true it has helped me calm down in the past.

It never really worked, eventhough I do intense cardio everyday... and lifting weights about 4-5 times a week..

Going to your doctor might really help. Aspies as I understand, and as from being one personally attest to, are prone to anxiety attacks. I've tried to be off an anti-depressant and as tough as life can be sometimes, I make it 100 times worse when I'm not on one. I think I've been where you are more than once in my 37 years- the anxiety is unbearable. Really think about calling your doctor up, it may make a big diference. God Bless you and I hope your day today is going better.
