it sounds like you have a lot of anxiety, and your anxiety is leading to meltdowns. also, it is probably even more upsetting to have people laugh at you or not take you seriously, and maybe that makes you a little bit mad.
being too hungry can make nausea worse and can make you more likely to throw up when you do finally eat something. i don't know how old you are, but a teacher or school staff can help you if you talk to them. i had some problems eating when i was a teenager. i didn't eat enough and i started to get really sick. i talked to a gym teacher (i figured she knew about nutrition) and i told her that i had stopped eating (because in my case i became grossed out by the act of eating), and she advised me what foods to try to eat to overcome my problems. it helped to have someone listen to me and to take me seriously.
it's true that you could go a little crazy and get hurt one day or hurt someone else (anyone could - we all have tempers and the same ability to lash out), but if you work on managing your emotions and learning to deal with your stress and anxiety it may help you. paying attention to what sets you off, and finding ways to express to the people around you that you are beginning to get upset BEFORE you blow up will be a very good idea.
