Going back to the hospital on Monday

This will be my third time in a psych hospital. My thoughts have been racing and fleeting. I'm suicidal right now. My therapist told me that if on Monday if my thoughts are still racing and I feel suicidal, I need to go to the hospital. I plan on doing so.
