My head is killing me and my ears feel like they are burning a bit... not like on the outside but its mostly from my headache. I can't eat anything and I always try to get myself to eat, even when my stomach growls but... I just can't. It's so distressing because even I sleep the headache refuses to go away. Nothing I take will help and I'm also very easy at getting sick on pain relievers too.

My anxiety levels are at a very high peak level and I'm not sure how to relax. Also, don't say I should get away from the computer because its my routine and that would only make my anxiety worse due to the change in routine. I've even tried getting away from my laptop and its only increased my anxiety more and my headache getting worse.

But anyway, not really sure what I'm supposed to do. It's clear that I might be overloaded and the headache is worsening because of that. I feel nauseous too... >_______<

Sorry to say this, but staring at a screen and reading will make any headache worse. Try to give yourself a relaxing face and neck massage, if you enjoy the feeling. Try some head and neck stretches if you know how. If you absolutely must stay on the computer, try Googling some very relaxing topics. I made a little project of finding and saving beautiful landscape photos for my desktop slideshow. It decreases anxiety.

Well I might try listening to some songs that calm me but I'm not sure how they will help. It's probably just me being tired and overloaded at the moment. I've been overloaded a lot lately and it seems to increase my anxiety even more.
