I just feel like my mind is about to explode. So much is going on and its affecting my writing. I don't know what to do to even calm myself down. It's like my mind is just so numb and its making me feel really depressed right now... I'm at a loss for words.

I'm almost in tears and at the same time I want to scream because how frustrated I feel. I can't get anything done and I feel like just injuring myself because this is really hard... its like... my mind is getting ready to explode and the bomb is slowly ticking away...

I sometimes have the same problem, and it even engulfs me into having chest pain.

I know this is not a great time for questions, but have you ever tried any anxiety medications?

I had stopped taking Vistaril for a while, but now I had started taking that again.

I do but I don't know how it would help. I just feel like there is clutter in my mind but can't be cleared up. I can't write down my thoughts because my mind is in lock down and I can't think straight...

Ever just feel like maybe going out for a long run? Makes me feel better, music is also helpful.
