I'm starting to stress about it... Anyone else feel that way?

Yeah. Sometimes. Things will be fine and then I'll make a few posts that people either ignore or everyone in the thread disagrees with. I feel 'hated' for a while but then things go back to normal.

I think this happens to most people, but it is nice to know it definitely does (no offence; I'm not saying I'm happy that you feel hated!)

That's part of human interaction. You will find people that will disagree with you EVERYWHERE! Just try not to pay that much attention to it. Try to think positive. I bet you have people who agree with you, too.

It's more than just being ignored. Although I did have a thread that people disagreed with. (but not everyone...) I feel like I probably said some things with too strong emotion and then afterwards someone replied to one of my posts... not negatively, actually I liked what she said. But then I noticed her title thing under her name showed some animosity toward the concept she said in the post. I won't say what it was because I feel that would be inappropriate to call out like that... I may just be being paranoid... it's in my psychological makeup... And then I got a PM asking about my interests and I'm thinking maybe the other person asked her to send the PM. Arg... I hate paranoia.

Maybe I should PM the one I think has the thing in her title about me and ask her if she's mad at me... Would that be inappropriate? or weird?

Yeah I think you're being a little bit paranoid. Just because someone did not agree with a concept you posted does not mean they dislike you as a person, let alone that they are your ENEMY. And if someone really didn't like you, they would just stay away from you, rather than tell others to PM you. If some of your posts are ignored it means no one knew what you were talking about, or that your post was not very interesting, or that most people have no opinion on your topic. I know it doesn't feel good to get a post ignored, but try not to take it too personally, it has happened to me too.

Honestly, I wouldn't do that; if you get a PM from one member, then it's probably safe to assume it's from that member. This place isn't like High School.

I doubt the other person is mad at you; they may just have moved on to a different thread. People often have conflicting beliefs so maybe she agreed with the subject as she thought you phrased it, but over-all has a different stance?

It really isn't an ignored post. It's specifically the title under her name that's making me go haywire. (along with the interaction in posts...) I've been a touch manic actually today and with that comes psychotic tendencies. Paranoia is a part of it so all of this really might just be in my head.

Thats really a lot of posts, i have been here for more then a year and dont have that much more. Often there where times when wrongplanet became an obsession for me it have a pretty negative effect if you get stuck on the love&dating and haven section. Now its just part of my dayly routine and i check some of the interesting titles from first page but thats it. I think if you have been around for a while you see that the same titles keep popping up everytime and interesting topics take a nosedive which is good because this counter acts on wp becomming an obsession. Also i have to restrain myself from making facepalm comments on the topic questions that could have been easily answered with the search bar since there are hundreds of the same questions already out there.

If you get ignored it might just be that people are having trouble forming a opinion that they think is good enough to post, so the topic might just be too interesting . I know i often dont post because of this.

I wouldn't say I'm making enemies, but I'm certainly rubbing a few heads with some of my comments. Even if I had enemies on here, what are they going to do? Start a bad thread about me? OOOOOHHH! And that's against the rules anyway...LOL But seriously, my main enemy in times like those is myself, because the only time I'm frustrating others is when my head is spinning. Peace with myself = peace with everyone else.
