I'm scared of going out... I'm frightened of other people. Whenever I do leave the house, its deeply exausting.
It takes effort even to go to the shop to buy a pint of milk. I'm not depressed or sad about life, I feel ok about things, but I just can't stand the idea of going out and being around others! Whats wrong with me?

I know how you feel but I don't have an explanation, the only way I can describe it is that it's like being around other people kind of drains the life-force out of you.
