feeling better now, just didn't feel leaving up those videos.

I don't know what it's like to feel Bono. mild LOL. That's his wife's job. Anxiety makes my head feel like it's spinnningl.

Take a deep breath, hold for two seconds, exhale slowly.
Repeat a few times until the worst of the anxiety is gone.

Just remember, keep breathing :wink:.
