Sorry to hear that. I get some wicked attacks myself. I do this to help myself break them. Your mileage may vary, but it's something to try. Other people I've told it too have had it work too.
Get a peppermint candy (the red and white kind work best if you have some or lifesavers, but needs to be mint).
Put it in your mouth and really focus on melting it, focus as hard as you can on that and nothing else (no crunching it).
By the time you have melted it you should notice the symptoms lessening which makes the panic less which lets you break out of the spiral that makes the attacks worse.
No idea how or why it works, just know it does for some people.
