What I'm Going Through
I recently I called my psychiatrist's office in hopes of a quicker appointment on account of my medication of prozac and zyprexa not working worth a damn, and I suffer badly from intrusive thoughts, which mostly fall under the category of "inappropriate aggressive thoughts", and I actually sometimes engage in corporal mortification with my jump rope. I also have frequent L'esprit de l'esaclier in that I often think of good comebacks or things to contribute in a discussion far too late, and consequentially I've amassed a long mental hit list of people I want to decapitate, mostly people online I've never met in real life, that have done or said hurtful things to me in the past, or express completely illogical opinions, or say things I can't even argue with. My intrusive thoughts are often triggered when I'm losing in a game or getting yelled at by my parents or someone online says nasty things to me. Anyone else have these feelings or advice that can help?

Hello Duke,
I havent had any of these thoughts, but it doesnt sound very nice to get them. If you get these thoughts from loosing games played online, and also from online forums, then maybe try and get some other interests in your life which dont revolve around things to be done online. If you are unemployed, is there any training or studying you could be doing, to have a better chance of being employed, or anything like that, so you use your brains in improving your situation in some way, And if you are working, is there extra training you could do for a promotion, that you could work towards, instead of spending the time online, involving yourself in areas which give you bad thoughts?
