A whole new depression for me
So its been a while since i have post o the forums about a year or so, but i had in the past a really bad depression month, it was so bad i couldnt care about anything, love family death feelings, ect.... however now im in a serious screwed situation, my depression is back but not because of previous reasons in my life. To let you guys in on whats going on, i have been passing out randomly through out my life now, and everyone says its just anxiety, i have been to a neurologist, doctor, physchatris,, and any other one you can think of; my sleeping is so horrible im lucky to get 4 hours of sleep and that at about 6am to 10am
. My stomach hurts all the time, i always have a massive head ache, and i pretty much and just not going to sleep, anymore, because no matter what i do there is no way i can fix the sleeping problem? So right now im missrable, i dont know what to do, i really wonder if my body is just slowly quiting on me? i dont know what is your guys opinion?
Pardon any misspelled words.
and thanks for reading and any reply.

I'm not exactly a expert in finding a problem and pointing it out, let alone do it in the English language (I'm still learning though, some people here are quite inspiring with their way of handling these kind of situations). Anyway, maybe the sleeping problem is the main issue here and the rest, like the anxiety and headaches, are forthcoming from this.
I don't know if this applies on your situation, but I'll try this anyway. I once had a girlfriend with sleeping problems, headaches and a lot of emotions like anxiety. She did go to different experts to find out what was the reason behind the sleeping problems, and they told her after years of research it has something to do with a deep underlying trauma from childhood or soon after. So I guess maybe there is something that you hide deep inside you and haven't told a soul on this earth. I'm not implying that you should drop that story here if you actually had one, but maybe you can talk with someone very dear to you about this, about the whole situation, from start to finish.
I don't know, maybe I'm out of my league about this, but I hope you can do something with this. Maybe do some sports or diet in the process, so you can keep yourself fit and strong. I'm really hoping that this message helps and I hope the best for you.
If you pass out randomly it could be some neurological condition. I don't quite understand why people would tell you it's anxiety, because, if it's anxiety you would pass out when you're stressed, but you say it's random. You clearly have depression so you need to seek help. I'm writing the rest under the supposition that this is the case, but I could be wrong.
How about checking more than one list of good conscientious neurologists or psychologists on the Internet, compare them against each other, and carefully choose one or two, including the ones you've seen before? Tell them the problem persists and if they're conscientious they'll try to find out. If you're not good at telling them your conditions in a clear way, write them all up carefully over a week or so. Your head may continue hurting and stuff but you still feel a sense of direction while you're at a task.
When you see a doctor, watch out for medication as a lot smaller doses might be effective for us. Temple Grandin said so in 'Thinking in Pictures' and it's true. Also remember it takes a long time to recover from depression. You sometimes feel better and it can come back. This can repeat many times before you fully recover. Be patient it's usually a long battle and you won't spontaneously recover, but keeping working while feeling terrible is a lot better than just feeling terrible. Don't stop taking medicine if you're on it without your doctor's recommendation just because you feel better. It could stop working.
I'd personally watch out for doctors who end up telling you it's a childhood trauma whenever the cause is difficult to find. By saying this I don't mean to be rude to Masato who's trying to help, because his girlfriend's case could really have been the trauma. Masato could also be right about the lack of sleep being the cause.
Walking and exercising is good. Because you have a head ache, start with something gentle like Yoga (watch out there're strenuous types too) and a walk around the block.
Whatever it may be I hope you'll get better.
