right now i am lucky i am not in the hospital about 20 minutes ago i had a very close call i was in the bath and i leaned forward to adjust the water temp as i leaned forward the metal shelf that held all the shampoos and body washes fell and landed within maybe an inch from my neck had i not leaned forward to adjust the temp it would have fallen on my back and neck and head i am so so lucky to be okay im really shaken up over this

Random stuff happens. Putting the shelf back on more secure will make you feel better probably.

My roommate had a similar thing happen last year that involved a heavy alarm clock (made of metal) falling from a high shelf. It dented her expensive computer and she complained a lot but I'm just so glad it didn't fall when she was sitting at her desk, leaning over her computer!
