I started getting really aggressive out of nowhere about an hour ago and started doing karate kicks and punches and saying "Motherf***er" around the house...then went downstairs where I had more room and continued to and almost kicked down the door to the laundry room.

I don't know what the hell is going on with me. My guess is built up anger and frustration over not wanting to live, who knows.

I flip out sometimes too, but usually when i do I yell at people online, or go into a rant and shut down my etsy store. But i mostly go into a crying fit over any little thing that frustrates me, like my sewing machine not working, or something similar.

so your not alone there

You're definitely not alone.

At times it's all I can do to keep from screaming and cursing and crying. I wind up going out to a secluded spot and having a screaming and crying fit until I'm can]t do it anymore.

I know the feeling of not wanting to live, too. You have to be careful with that, of course. I find that mine comes and goes and I know I'm not going to do any real damage to myself.

I get this when I haven't had enough food all day and not enough social interaction

I just wish life would end, period. Nothing could make me happy. Scratch that, living in a better location, completely away from society, and with a woman that was of similar values/mindset/goals (that is no children ever, minimal social interaction, misanthropic, et al) would do the trick, but you can put that in the "never going to happen" department. Even so-called "unattractive" women are lovers of life and interacting and wouldn't want to be secluded in the countryside with no douche friends.

I wish I had had my own house, a job and some female friends. That would be nice

Location: This is not my home; I'm just passing through

If you've a bit of cash and physical space to spare, then I recommend a punching bag, a pair of gloves, and a little imagination.
