I really am. I've been doing this since the beginning of the year, and I'm trying to kick the habit. If my parents found out, they'd either kill me (hyperbole) or castrate me. Or both. Any words of advice would be welcomed.

Practicing sexual intercouse is not really going to stop masturbation it will just make it less frequent. And slightly at best. Simply falling in love with a girl is probably going to increase the rate.

My advice about stopping this habit: don't. As long as you do in private and keep hygiene there is really nothing wrong about it. If you parents find out they won't kill you. They would not even be effective at making you stop doing it.

If it is intervening with other activities, take control and make a good schedule. Like "Every second day before bed/during bath/whatever you prefer" If you try to stop it completely you'll probably end up doing it at the wrongest times possible...

You must discuss the matter with your parents. And just going out and having sex (while still attending school) is very irresponsible and obvious consequences like STD's and an unwanted pregnancy.

Masturbation is healthy. Don't let anyone stop you from doing it (in private, of course).

I would say if you get a sexual partner then you may want to ease up a bit because it can make f*****g difficult.

I'm addicted to masturbation as well.

I masturbate daily, and it has done nothing negative to me. I haven't gone blind, and my palms are completely hairless, and I don't get friction burns either. The only bad thing is it takes time, and I have low arousability because I'm asexual, so it takes a bit longer than I think it would for most people. But it brings my libido way down, so I can focus on other, more important things.

Seriously, masturbation is healthy. If you have sexual needs you need to fulfill, and you prefer to do it on your own rather than seek a sexual partner (much easier that way), then there's no reason not to.

I'm not so sure. I tried to discuss it with my mother when I was about his age and she immediately cut me off. It's a private matter that you typically don't share except either with close friends who are particularly frank to you about their own sexual habits, or with your future sexual partners.

Don't stop masturbating. And do not try to substitute sex for masturbation, either. Even if you find a girlfriend she will not always be up for it whenever you are.
