I cant sleep either......... :( its like 4pm now  but i know that when it gets to midnight ill be wanting to sleep and find myself still restless and anxious by like 2am...

However i find that every time ive had to wake up early for something you can usually last that day without feeling to drained... and it kinda kick starts a better sleeping pattern and it works out pretty good by the end of the week... but typically this good pattern gets ruined the following week because theres a good movie on tv or something like that... then its back to where you started... waking really late in the morning and eating lunch for breakfast....

It is (edit) 5 here and I am never going to sleep I do not think. Large americanos after 10 pm should be illegal. Especially when mixed with ridiculous amounts of green tea...

I have had severe sleeping problems all my life. Finally, my doctor put me on some medication and it helps me sleep. I can now sleep about 10 hours a night.

Has anyone tried to talk to their doctor about their sleeping problems?

This doesn't happen to me enough to want to try any medication in the worry that it would screw me up during the day. Also, 10 hours? I feel best when I am getting around 7-8 hours. Anything more then that and I am groggy.

Most of the time, I can Quiet my brain by force, the other night was an exception to that. If its a Friday or Saturday night, I will often let my thoughts go a mile a minute, knowing I don't have to get up the next day... it just feels good.

:)

Hello,

I remember that 2 years ago, i went to college, and at that time, i had terrible sleeping problems. Every night, i couldn't fall asleep till 5 in the morning. But now, I am on special medication that helps me to sleep. Thanks to my medication, I do not have any sleeping problems whatsoever.
