I just cant get a break at the moment. I am constantly struggling with anxiety and shutdown. I really need to get away, I keep thinking that I need to run away, but it is myself that I need a break from. Where would I even run? To hospital? Just kill myself? Urges to hurt myself keep circling and I am feeling worn down from constantly fighting them. I don't feel like I can keep going. Any words to boost my spirit greatly appreciated right now.

I don't know how to boost your spirits, but I would like to quote a teacher. She always said, "No problem will last forever."
(I think some comfort food might cheer you up. For me, I either eat fries or potato chips, but too much junk food might make you feel tired.)

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling now. I know how hard it may be, I've been there before. Just please don't hurt yourself. It wouldn't solve anything and these bad feelings that you're experiencing now won't last forever. It will get better even if it doesn't look like it at the moment. So just hold on, OK?
Maybe you could try to distract yourself with something? A new interest or a hobby? If it's really bad maybe some medication could help you (if you're not on some already)?
If you want to talk more about it, you can pm me anytime.
