Looks like a Pink Floyd "The Wall" remake.

Looks like you're having a horrid day.

Has something in particular brought this on, which needs to be dealt with?

Is there anything you could use to brighten yourself up – music/comedy book or tv/sports....?

Sorry I can't be much help. I hope you feel better soon.

WOW. That's incredible stuff. I've been in that sort of place too but not recently thank heaven.

May I ask you to look at these? It may seem ridiculous but these are my own emergency fixups -

I am finding it hard at the moment as I have to deal with bullying outside the home and the violence and hatred within the house has escalated so much over the last 6 months.

I really am finding it hard at the minute.

I like the picture of the cat in the womans lap.

Can you speak to a health visitor or social worker about this. You should not have to put up with it.

Someone at school can help you. You must have some kind of social adviser there.

You say you have to deal with "bullying outside home". I thought that was in school. If you're going to school they are obliged to help you, even if you're 18.

Oh please do not get mad at this I'm just asking a question here. You said you stopped
taking ADHD medication a few months ago. Did your problem get worst then? About
the same? or better? I have stopped anti-depressants in the past and it can take months
but I slowily reverted to some very negative thinking.

No I start University soon.

The bullying happens as I walk down the sreet. As I walk to Judo. As I walk to Cadets. As I walk to the shops.

Since Coming of my meds I have started to be more aware of situations around me. I am not hyper, I am not a nutcase so I will dispell that now. In fact, since coming of my meds I have felt mush better as a person but I am unable to deal with what happens on pretty much a daily basis.

I don't know how much use a health visitor would be, but you can speak to one, whatever your age. Just phone your local surgery and ask to speak to the health visitors department. They are not just there to help Mums and babies. Even if they can't help directly, they should be able to give you contact information for social services/local N.A.S. groups.

Another idea, have you looked on the N.A.S. website? http://www.nas.org.uk/nas/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=113

There seem to be lots of groups in your area.
Perhaps you could call the N.A.S. helpline: 0845 070 4004 or email them

Re the bullying, is there a friend or relative who can walk with you?

Here's a tip: Call it "Harassment" instead of "bullying". They'll probably take you more seriously that way.

You could make a report to the cops. Or, if you're good at judo, beat the crap out of them. 8)
