I am feeling so alone

The people in my life feel that I am too hard to be around. They want so much more from me than I can provide right now.

I need someone to talk to who understands what it is like. That everyday is complicated and overwhelming. And that I am doing my best.

I'm feeling rather overwhelmed too, have you considered talking to anyone professionally about these feelings?

I do see a professional. But they don't have aspergers, and they are not my friend.

Yeah, they probably cannot relate as well.

I've had a bad week as well, I am scrambling trying to look for employment as my unemployment ended.

Everyday I do get the feeling that I am trying, but that my actions are neither received well or appreciated whether my effort is in vain or not, it feels good to feel your appreciated or feel your understood.

I get a feeling of total burnout, dealing with things others perceive as small and the fallout is immense.

I'm feeling very alone too. Just unreachable and distant from everything. Distant from the season itself and the time and place the people around me are living in. Distant from my own body and self.

If it helps you're not alone in feeling alone.
