This could just be me, but I seem to struggle more with some days each week than others.

Typically Sundays are pretty bad due to a lack of routine for them so far, although Saturdays and Fridays can be just as rough for me. Trying to go outside with all the people around doing their thing on their weekends is an anxietyfest. :(

Anyone else?

In general my bad days vary from week to week, though Monday is almost always on the list due to being the beginning of the work week (which means I have to get up early for my first class). Friday and Saturday can be really bad some weeks, depending on how much cool-down time I've had during the week; if I haven't had my cool-down time during the week and my weekend is full of stuff, I'll go nuts trying to cope, and I'm more likely to have a meltdown or be totally drained all day Sunday.

As much as I love football, I cannot do Sundays. Each Sunday is progessively worse and worse and worse and I am totally convinced I will die on this day sometime in the future, just like my "sister" did. Mondays are calm and quiet. but on the last day of the week, that's when everyone is all stressed out and I get all of the blame for everything. It's also when my mother takes out her anger on me...well that's kinda everyday but yeah.

Tuesday comes in far behind in second place when WoW server's down.

Sundays are usually very boring, but at least its a bit quieter when I go out to do some Sunday shopping (Nova Scotia refused to have shopping on Sunday until fairly recently). Saturdays are insane and I seldom go out at all because of screaming kids and snarling teenagers. I usually spend the weekends alone in my apartment where I do my usual weekend chores such as the laundry. The worst think about Sunday is that I have to take out the garbage and the recycling and my food waste bin out, which has got to me my least favorite chore next to doing dishes. My apartment is on the second floor and I have to carry the bags down a long flight of stairs and be careful the bags don't break open and leave a trail of used kitty litter and other garbage on the steps! Also we now have to put our garbage in clear bags so the garbage men can tell if there is anything in them that shouldn't be there (like stuff that can be recycled that should be in the blue bags). If they find something wrong they slap a sticker on your garbage bag telling you what you did wrong and leave the bag behind! :wall: I'm usually pretty good at sorting but I have made a few mistakes and I feel really bad about it. :( I always look forward to Mondays however, because that's when my mother usually invites me out for lunch I really appreciate her taking time out of her busy schedule to do so. :)

I guess I struggle with weekends more as I see a lot of people getting on with their usual social activities and I want to join in but fear and lack of skills gets in the way. Highlights my isolation from the world more than the normal working week days.

Friday, because by the end of the week I'm a little overloaded, and also because I'm always home on my computer on Friday nights, and even though I don't enjoy big parties and crowds of people, it reminds me that I'm not doing what most other university students do on Friday nights. Or maybe I am? I always thought young people went out on Friday nights, but I've never been part of a group enough to know for sure.

My work pattern is not regular enough to have certain days that I dread each week (some shifts are worse than others, but I don't always get them each week). I often have to think hard to remember what day it actually is! My days off vary so I don't have a traditional Sat/Sun weekend.
