If you try and adjust your sleep pattern, do it gradually, go to bed and hour earlier every 3-4 days until you get to the time you're after. Don't just go to bed at 10 instead of 2am all in one hit cause that will never work. Gradually might also be tricky but it is more likely to actually work than all at once.
