I'm so tired, but i'm not sleeping well at the moment. I know why i' m not sleeping. I prolong the night as long as possible because I don't want to get up in the morning. Another empty day to get through. I like lying awake enoying some music. But i'm so tired... Its a hard habit to break. I sometimes wish I didn't have to wake up again, or if could only wake up once every ten years.

i'm terrible with not wanting to sleep despite being tired too. havent 100% sure worked out the reason yet but your idea is interesting

If you try and adjust your sleep pattern, do it gradually, go to bed and hour earlier every 3-4 days until you get to the time you're after. Don't just go to bed at 10 instead of 2am all in one hit cause that will never work. Gradually might also be tricky but it is more likely to actually work than all at once.
