a dear FB friend of mine died

She had PTSD, and was MSW student at the local university (Grand Valley State University). She was a very nice person, and she made me feel like I had a shot in this world. I am so sad to see her go.

Maybe everything happens for a reason. Maybe its all meant to be. Life and death are just complementary concepts. Only under these specific conditions can we have these specific experiences, and can we gain these specific perspectives.

lol, sorry. What I mean is that the harsh experiences in life seem to be what catalyzes our mental/spiritual evolution. If there were no negative experiences, would we still be able to evolve like that?

No. OK, I'll tell you what I know. She vomited in her sleep. She had a seizure disorder - maybe related. Her husband didn't explain all that much on FB.

Wow, that was a surprise. Did she drink alcohol or anything of that order? That can cause vomit in one's sleep.

Dear Tequila, Anyone with a seizure disorder can die from aspirating vomit in their sleep..Years ago, one of the most famous runners in the world, Florence Griffeth-Joyner, died that way...multiple Olympic medals, one of the most well-known women of her time, no one outside her family knew of her epilepsy...tragic.
