Sorry I'm such a negative drama queen loser, I did not realise I was annoying people here so much with my posts, so I am really sorry I feel pretty horrible about it and I suppose I can get to deleting my account. So I wish you all the best in life, just thought I would say that before I go.

maybe I won't but yeah if this is how I come off it probably is better if I leave.

Well honestly i don't even know how much longer I will be living......as much as I try to get hopefull and excited about things, or feel confident in myself so I don't take things too hard or whatever I always end up screwing up and not being able to stay motivated to do anything and taking things too hard............I just don't see the point anymore to keep trying in any aspect of life.

Sweetleaf, even the person who said that explained that he doesn't really know you and that you shouldn't pay too much attention to what he said. Sometimes people just say stuff without thinking about the effect it will have.

It's easy to take things too much to heart when you're feeling depressed. There are lots of people here who have clearly found your posts worthwhile and have offered you support. Of COURSE you're welcome here and you shouldn't be thinking about leaving.

Take care, Jenny

Well that is why people should not get personal in the first place, because that usually requires making judgements about someone, sometimes it does not feel very good to be negtively judged by someone who does not know you to well or even by someone who does.

If we all said things the right way and never annoyed anyone and if all the world loved us, we probably wouldn't be on this forum in the first place.
I'd love to pack it in too, but then I remember what Scott Hamilton said in the documentary "Rise" --
"We all fall down. GET UP!"

yeah been trying to do that for years, yet I still feel quite down the majority of the time.....so that's another one of those things thats easier said than done.

Not to mention even if I do get up a little, there is always something waiting to bring be down further than before.

to the OP: you're just starting in earth school, don't be so quick to ditch it just yet. i'm an old man and i've made it to now, so far. you are far younger and stronger, with the benefit of today's knowledge, so you can make it better than i. so just take it one day at a time, one step at a time. small steps will get you to the finish line, where in your old age, you will look back on your years past and say, "HEY! i learned something, i did what i set out to do in life and now finally i'm ready to go."

Oops. I rewrote my post, but you'd already replied to the earlier version. I think my repost makes my thoughts clearer. I'm sorry you feel bad, but hang in there. One thing that keeps me going is that I have a goal in life. I think I can be a successful writer. It's a foolish dream, but it keeps me going. Every day I think about packing it in, and every day I say, "I'm not letting life beat me. And besides, I have stories to tell!" Maybe that won't work for everyone, but it's worth thinking about.

If I was strong I would not be so sensative about what other people think, and being young may have some benifits but not always...I mean I want to make things better but I fail at everything I try to do so Its probably arrogant of me to think I can do anything other then do my best to conform and not piss anyone off.

The only time wasted is by those who said those things to you in reply to these posts here.

They'll never be worth how they make us feel, and knowing that they make you feel shows who and what to the world who and what you and they are. It's telling.

Maybe someone is wrong. And so what if you are a drama queen? It takes all kinds to make the world go 'round. We're all at different levels of development. It's silly to judge another, no matter who or where you are. The best we can do is lean on each other and help each other along.

You have to live your life and you only have one. For Pete's sake, don't live yours according to what some virtual stranger says.

Don't be so sensitive that I can't tell you something straight up. That's my Aspie issue - I'm too direct. I hope my directness never offends you. If it does, tell me. My only intention is to help and encourage.

But I am not, I usually try to stay out of everyones way, I'm not one to really want people to focus too much on me.......so yeah I just don't see it.

one shouldn't make one's primary goal in life to avoid pissing people off, because no matter what one does, it will piss somebody off somewhere, somehow, sometime. i piss people off just by being alive and breathing "their" air. as long as your motivation was not to piss off people in the first place, then the moral onus is on other people to act civilized and and not on you. one can't please everybody so one might as well please oneself.
