Apologies for posting two threads in about a day but...

Bad things happened when I was a kid. Need someone to talk to, along the line of a psychologist, only one that doesn't charge and one that I can talk to now. Don't want to talk about it in this thread. I have friends who'd listen but I don't want them to carry my problems.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Just be careful you pick someone good and reputable. You really don't want some person messing with your head or some sleazeball using your stories for their own kicks.

In most cities, there are clinics where people who can't afford to pay can get free mental health care. I'm not sure if they're high quality or not, but it's worth a try.
