I latley I've been feeling really depressed and feel like everyones just pushing me aside, I've been trying to get help but I don't know how to fullfill my desires and I have problems
communicating with people. It's just that I need more and more chances to begin getting help someone tired to help me but they feel like they're loosing touch with me and I'm lossing touch with them. I haven't had any sex for A very long time and I'm feeling like I don't even know how to get anyone too have sex with me becuase I'm such a terrible person and so are my parents, the schools everyone tired too help me but they fail.
My friend Mitchell even told me that "One day you would wake up and try too change your perseption of life becuase everything you do is all wrong" And he is correct.
Also I hate being cut off becuase I see when someone tells me that they don't want anything to do woth em.

I may not be able to help but I believe that you have taken the right step in order to change your self-esteem, self-belief and your confidence which is what you need.

As long as it feels like you should change and not because someone tells you to do that. If you want to try and do things right, then surely the wrongs are the starting point, if you know why and how to fix it either there and then or for next time. You will have better knowledge when the situation arises to know how to deal with it.

A good goal in life is to try to get rid of any negativity you have in your life.

Try to do and say only good things and not bad things.

And by "bad", I mean things like telling people inherently negative things about themselves or purposefully doing things which could potentially upset other people.

I have tried my best to do this and all I have seen so far in my life was improvement. No one likes negativity.

I did some good things as I was walking to school on friday there was an old guy who clearly had a job to pick up garbage so I saw a empty coffee and put it in the bag he was holding and he said thanks.

That's a good start. But I find that the more good things you do and the less bad things you do, the more you start enjoying your life. So keep it up! :)

I agree, that tends to be a case of being rational and assertive, a good way to become rational so that you can discern negative thoughts is to do Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

You simply need to change your perspective and once you do that, you will start to notice positive traits or aspects of your life that you didn't before, you will also start to show more gratitude and build on that to achieve even more positive things. No one ever motivated themselves by sitting around and feeling self pity for themselves or taking up a self defeatist attitude.
