Any of you ever feel you get depressed out of nowhere? Like you have a bad day even when it's pretty much exactly the same as any good one? I guess it's been a bit of a problem for me lately. It's hard to not be able to find out why I've been feeling down and just adds to the confusion. Not having anything or anyone to blame but myself and not knowing what to do to fix it is also irritating. So I figured I'd ask around about it.

It's normal to feel depressed sometimes, I only get depressed when things don't work out (which has been happening quite alot lately).

I've had this happen to me several times before. Off days are normal for everyone, Autistics and NTs alike.
