i can't be around people because i keep getitng angry over things that bother me about them.

what can i do about this impossible prediciment?

Control your anger. Seriously. Thats really about it.

Your other choice is probably the penitentiary, and I doubt you want to go there.

See if you can figure out why people are doing the things that bother you. It may make them easier to deal with if you know why someone is doing something annoying.

Agree. Try and understand what others are doing. Point in case: Even though I know that when my wife requests I do something, while I'm busy doing something else, that she's not ordering me to drop what I'm doing right now and attend to her request. But it sure feels like she is. So I automatically get angry. But I've taught myself to be aware that she's not making that immediate demand. My first flash is anger, even now, but I nip it in the bud as quickly as possible. It's my way to get angry, but it's not my right.

my issue is more complicated because i get annoyed about feeling 'short' around other people.
