I apologise for any turmoil I have caused.

I have read some good advice on the forum, none of it provided by me. There is suspicion within me that the thread on bullying, which linked to a site with a page regarding what to do on a psych ward, is something I should particularly consider right now. Thank you for that.

Turmoil? Guess I missed that. But I guess you gotta do what ya gotta do. Just know that I, for one, didn't notice anything and welcome you back if you ever decide to return. :)
