At least you are seeking help. That means that all is not lost. Want to talk about what's going on? PM me if you want.

I think that I replied to the post you made yesterday - where I told you if you wanted help - you have to go out and get it.
Isn't no one going to go out of their way to help you when you don't want to help yourself.
Quit looking for pity and do something about your situation.

Call your mental health people and schedule a intake appointment and look to see if there is programs such as Air Ride in your community that will give you a ride and get the help you need.

I myself will sometimes put off calling my insurance company for days and days runnign into weeks. And I think this ebb and flow of energy is normal, and maybe even "healthy" in some ways.

Okay, I guess I recommend when you have the energy, perhaps make the three phone calls which in your judgement are likely to do the most good.

*not so awkward hugs* :king:

If you are really wigging out and need to talk to someone, call a crisis line. Someone there can listen in a supportive way and help you find resources in your community if you need them. I have used the one where I live numerous times and it really helped me calm down from a bad state of mind and also to get to further help. It's way better than a mental ward, unless you are suicidal. A crisis line can help you figure that out too. Hope you feel better soon.
