I have a huge fear of opening up to people. I feel like no one would understand or even give a crap. My self esteem has completely tanked lately. I'm afraid if I do open up it would be all horror and craziness coming out, and no one could relate.

Sounds like you are having a combo, stress, anxiety, and depression attack. You need to do stuff to distract yourself, and keep yourself occupied. Try taking some deep breathes when things get really bad. Also, get some exercise, and some rest, and eat enough food. When people don't eat enough, they tend to start going nuts. I know this for an absolute fact. Don't worry about the exercise, either. Even moderate exercise is good. So go take a walk, or clean the house, or work in the garden, etc. And don't forget to keep your mind occupied. Take up a hobby. Take courses, either in person, or online. Some of the online ones are free. Volunteer, it will help boost your mood. Read funny stories and watch funny shows. Humor boost the mood.

Hope this helps--been where you are at sometimes. Keeping occupied does help. You just have to pick stuff that is of interest to you to occupy yourself with.

Thanks, I think I've had too much free time lately on my hands. I did join a gym yesterday, but I am just having a heck of a time finding balance. I'll try that.
