/me *cuddles* with Frieslander.
Anyways... I've had those thoughts deep down for a
LONG TIME.
Tis' life.
If time spent is spent doing something that you
love then try to do that.
Chemistry/medication does help but it only corrects the chemical imbalances.
There is another part of psychiatry, we like to call the "unconscious".
Or maybe conciousneess for us aspie's because the people you meet in life, deep down statistically/probability wise they have a meaning. This includes lingering thoughts of un-connected facts at first that are somehow connected in a circle of life.
I'm also at a age where independence is only a dream away but I'm limping along.
But don't think about that. Just keep dreaming and loving what you love to do by yourself.
Think in the moment. I think this part is *EXTREMELY* hard for us aspies who like to game things 10 steps ahead with the ADDed bonus of making mistakes along the way. Or attempting to be picture perfect depending on your beliefs/false realizations.
You can screw the general world. You know me!? I *HATE* playing a NT and sometimes I've played on long enough that it starts to slip...
One needs to keep a balance in life. Keep going. You'll eventually make the exit.
In biology class at school when I was half asleep I remember the movie Gattaca. Sometimes genetics doesn't win. I know I didn't win.
Life is a game of chess, make the right moves. Always keep trying. Slow down when you need to.
Keep fighting, in which in one you
WILL eventually win.
Ignore ALL of that, I don't follow through on things myself.
That's life.
This is a neat post.
I came to this thread because of being sad and upset and stuck. And this helps, thanks.
